Shipping and Returns

Area 51 Shipping and Returns info:

All orders going to USA or Canadian addresses will ship from the USA using UPS, FedEx or USPS.

Once the order is received, it will ship on the next business day and transit time takes 1-7 business days, if the ordered item is in stock. Generally the entire time from order day to delivery day takes less than 1 calendar week.

We ship WORLDWIDE. If you have an address that a carrier will deliver to, we will ship to you.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for whatever reason, or you just want to return it, please contact us and we will arrange a return. Returns need to be within 45 days of delivery.

The lights need to be in brand new condition and boxed up in its original packaging.
Do not write on the light's packaging.

All lights are subject to up to a 20% restocking fee.

Lights that are not returned in brand new resalable condition in its original packaging will not get the maximum refund, all costs to fix the damage will be deducted from the refund.

If you choose to cancel your order, you have until 8am the next business from the day you ordered to cancel. We will not issue any refunds until we have the product back in our possession. Shipping costs are not refundable once it leaves the warehouse.
